The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr Carlo is patient and listened to my questions and concerns. She offered suggestions and an explanation for her thoughts about my situation. I have always found her to be knowledgeable and caring.

I am so thankful for the professionalism and compassion that Dr Carlo provides at each and every visit. She listens and never rushes..always explains throughly. She is knowledgeable yet compassionate. I feel relaxed with her. I always tell everyone what an amazing doctor and office staff she has. Dr. Carlo is the pure definition of who a doctor should be. She's a complete gem! Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, she's patient, kind, and compassionate. She listens and makes you feel comfortable and valued as a person, not just a patient. She has made such a difference in my life and I am truly grateful for her!

Dr. Carlo is very efficient. She's very professional. She has an in depth knowledge of things that I need to know about whenever I come in for health care. I think she's a wonderful doctor.

I changed providers hoping that Dr. Carlo would listen to me. I am so happy I found her. She heard my concerns, acknowledged me and what I'm experiencing, and she gave me tons of information. She had no problem explaining "the why", and that was what I needed. I'm so happy to have found her.

It was fine , but I felt it was very rushed on their part.

It was very nice. I, I messed up my appointment time and got there an hour early and they were able to take me back and start my appointment earlier than my scheduled time in between and got me moving and didn't make me wait. Even though I was willing to, they were able to do that without me even asking. So that was nice.

Dr. Carlo was great! She is very easy to talk to and addressed all of my issues. The receptionist and nurse during my visit were amazing also. However, when I called to make an appt earlier in the week, the person on the phone was not very nice and wanted to give me an appt 4 weeks out for an acute issue I was having. She dismissed my problems and I had to basically beg for an appointment. I do not think a patient should have to beg to see a doctor. This person needs to do better or should maybe think about working in a field that does not involve patients.

I would just, I've never actually left a room for a provider after seeing anyone. And I have a doctor and a nurse in my immediate family, so I have a lot of respect for medical providers. But I arrived at the doctor's office at 10.20 and I was in my car by 10.45. Or no, excuse me, 10.35. I had 15 minutes between walking into the room and getting back to my car. The nurse there didn't ask me a thing about my medications or my medical history. And the doctor was extremely quick and I felt like I did not get the time that I wished I would have gotten at this one appointment I get a year for my annual visit. So, I'm just disappointed with the experience I had. That's all.

She was a good listener. I dumped a lot on her considering it was my first appointment with her.

I waited 40 minutes and the Dr. was in and out in 5 minutes

My appointment was at three o'clock. I did not get seen until three fifty while sitting in the room waiting undressed and cold. She talked to me for all of five minutes and dismissed every concern that I had.

The office is so friendly and accommodating to your needs. I always feel relaxed when I see Dr. Carlo. I recommend her to every woman I know. She's an excellent doctor.

I love her demeanor, her personality, and I just love her being my doctor. I am so happy.

I felt a little bit rushed in the appointment and I also felt like somehow she felt that some of the things were my fault without discussing personal details. And I felt that perhaps there was more consideration that could be taken.

I met Dr. Carlo for the first time at this visit, and prior doctors had told me that things I was experiencing were normal, whereas she felt that they were caused to investigate further and kind of made me see that I shouldn't minimize things I was experiencing. She did go forward with further testing, which did bring some things to light, so it was appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed everyone in the office. Everyone was nice from reception to blood draw. The doctor was really good!! I really like Dr. Carlo she listens and she's gentle which is key because we all know these types of appointments aren't always the funnest. The medical assistant was a pleasure as well!

I thought Jesslyn Carlo was excellent, extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, very empathetic. I'm going to switch and use her as my regular OB-GYN in the future. And I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

Great listening

Dr. Carlo wasn't fully present and seemed very rushed and wanted to get the visit over really quickly. This was my first visit and thought she would go over my family history and look at my chart more. Wish doctors would spend a bit more time with patients;

I've been with Dr Carlo for a long time. She knows my history, my family's history and what I'm like. She works with me. I don't jump to medication like most. I love that she knows that. She easy for me to talk to her and if I say, that's not for me, she gives an alternative.

I was surprised to have a 45 minute wait but the doctor is very nice

Waited over 30 minutes past appointment time with no apology from staff or provider. Time spent with the provider was less than 2 minutes.

Have been going to Dr. Carlo for years. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens, and makes you feel comfortable.

I like Dr Carlo but the fact I was charged a co-pay to go to her office to sign a consent form for upcoming same day surgery procedure was ridiculous should be all part of surgery I could have signed it the day of !

Dr. Carlo is the best... Her staff is absolutely fabulous... Everyone in that office is so kind, caring and nice... I am very happy to be a patient here!!!
