I was calling for a week every day to make an appointment. Nobody ever called me back. After like 10 days of calling, I had to go physically to the office and make an appointment myself, which was like six months ahead. Shouldn't be. Not acceptable.
He's an excellent doctor, very attentive, and explains things very well. I loved how he treated me. I give him a 10 out of 10. The entire staff is wonderful, all very kind people, and they do a great job.
Everything was on schedule and handled professionally at the intake desk. Dr. Wagle was AMAZING. He was welcoming, kind and sooo knowledgable. My husband and I felt very comfortable in our sessions with him about our memory issues/questions. Both of us had an A+ experience. We are returning for more physical brain testing soon. Thank you HUMC Dept of Neurology
