she's good doctor.

I waited forty minutes in the waiting room before being called in. This is not the first time I have waited this long, & I've waited for an hour previous times. The waiting is too much, I will be seeking another provider as my obgyn going forward.

I had to wait almost an hour to see a doctor and I was not informed about the delay. It is somehow unusual with this doctor, but it happened this time.

Dr Kopp the absolute best. I love her. I've been going there for probably twenty five years. I'm hoping that you can clone her because I see that she's scaling back on her hours. Good for her. She's the best love her.

Disappointment was for Blood Work only the tech that drew the blood was very courteous knew what she was doing and was able to do the Blood Work in one stick

Long wait for appointment overall nice office staff.

Hi there, I thought Lizabeth's talk was really, really nice and sweet and great, but the nurse made a comment when I said that I don't use birth control. She made this face and was just like, oh. I'm not gonna lie, I did feel like I was being judged, and then it did impact what I was sharing with the doctor. I was kind of reluctant to tell the doctor about I just do fertility tracking and I just felt judged by this one nurse during the experience. I do have to be honest with that.

So I'm usually very happy and she's given me time, but this time she was rushing. I felt like I didn't have enough time to discuss everything I wanted to discuss at this appointment. Okay.

The wait times are very high in this office. That's all.

Dr. Kopp is an excellent GYN. She's very personable, very wise, very smart, cares about all parts of my health and does a very good job explaining how to further care and what tests to order and stay up with taking good care of myself. She's excellent, excellent, excellent. Thank you. Bye.

My experience with my doctor was wonderful and her staff was wonderful, also. My only issue was with your overcrowded parking lot! It took 15 minutes to find a parking space making me arrive late for my appointment!

Professional, thorough, caring and personable. The doctor and the entire staff are excellent. She followed-up on labs the next day or when they were available and explained the results and actions to be taken

Dr Kopp is excellent. I highly recommended her. She is very knowledgeable & professional. She explains everything in detail, always listens to concerns & is attentive which is very rare in doctors today.

The office staff was very lenient on letting a few very sick patients in office that were coughing and spitting all over office. I however, was given a mask immediately! Also, a staff member came out and asked everyone else but me if I needed a parking pass! Very annoying because I asked for one upon arrival. I was told at my visit I would be given one! Not until I asked was I given one, upon checking out! I booked over a year in advance and still could not get the appointment I requested because I work very early in the morning. Somebody gets these appts. The disregard for the two very sick patients germs spread to other patients was very concerning. They should have been told to reschedule!

The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Dr. Kopp is wonderful. She is a highly knowledgeable, a clear communicator, listens, and provides information and test results in a very timely manner with explanation and next steps. I have been seeing her for many years and think she is one of the best!
