After my visit I reached out to Ms. Hopkins on the patent portal to ask a question for further clarification of something. I received a call back from Ms. Hopkins with an answer within 40 minutes. In addition to further answering my question she had gone back and retrieved my health information from another provider from 10 years ago so she could fully answer my question. I was very impressed and pleased that she had done this.

I had an excellent experience here. It is easy to feel uncomfortable at this kind of appointment, but I felt very comfortable here. All of my questions were answered, and I left knowing exactly what I wanted to find out. I have already recommended them to a friend. 10/10 experience. Great job by the whole staff and the place was very clean.
