Dr. Herman was fantastic. The woman at front desk who checked me in was horrible. She never even told the doctor I was there. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer, she looks at me and says, you didn't speak with me! She has taken all my details and I was sitting in waiting room right across from her.
I had the best experience with Dr. Herman! He is so lovely and professional as always!
Dr Herman did not join the video call. We waited for 45 minutes for him to join. He did not. Phone calls to his office resulted in ZERO response. We need to find a new epileptologist outside of Hackensack Meridian. This is by far the worst health care system we have ever experienced. Good-bye HMH!!!!
