Pankhoori Saraf, M.D., MBBS, is a fellowship trained, board certified Medical hematologist and oncologist who has recently joined Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center. She treats all solid tumor cancer with clinical areas of interest and expertise in Thoracic, Head & Neck and Aerodigestive malignancies. Dr Saraf is a highly experienced and compassionate oncologist dedicated to provide best and latest state of the art evidence based cancer treatment to all her patients.
Prior to joining HMH, Dr. Saraf served as the Associate Director for Clinical Research in the Oncology sector at Eisai Pharmaceutical company. She served as core Faculty for the Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Program at Newark Beth Israel. She has also worked as an Assistant professor at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ) UMDNJ Newark campus. She has been involved in teaching medical students, residents and hematology /oncology fellows. She is currently a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Saraf has also conducted research on conditions specifically related to Hematologic and Oncologic disorders, preparing her to serve the patients in any capacity that they may need. Additionally she is fluent in languages including Hindi & Gujarati.
