I am a dedicated patient for over > 30 years. My only takeaway was the front desk. One of the women seemed frazzled when I checked in. After waiting 1/2 hour I approached front desk. She ask questions as tho I was just checking in. I found that puzzling. I approached the desk / window and she didn't recognize me.

Dr. Kavaler is probably one of the most amazing doctors that I've come to know and lucky enough to know. He listens with patience as much as I ramble on. I have been seeing Dr Kavaler for many years. he always had time to hear my full concerns and then Hackensack University took over. It seems as if he is allotted a pre determined amount of time per patient. If I didnt think Dr Kavaler was such a great doctor I would find someone affiliated with Valley hospital.

The only reason why I do come back is because of him not quite sure why things have changed since Hackensack Medical took over but it definitely is not the same when it was Forest Medical but I will continue to see Dr. Kavaler as long as he's there

I moved out of the area 20 years ago, but continue to keep Dr. Kavaler as my primary physician, that's how much confidence and trust in his medical competence I have. The staff is extremely professional as well.
