Dr. Silver has been serving the community of northern New Jersey for over 20 years. He has spent 10 seasons as NBA team physicians for the New Jersey Nets, now known as the Brooklyn Nets. Dr. Silver has been responsible for a number of innovative advances in rotator cuff repair and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction, and has been recognized as an Orthopedic Top Doctor by Castle Connolly and by 201 Magazine and Bergen Magazine for the past 10 years.

Yes, I had gel injections in both knees and I found it like really extremely painful. Just wondering if there's any way they could make it much easier to do. They did numb me, but it wasn't enough. But anyway, that's my only complaint. Like if they could find a way of doing it where just to make the patient more comfortable, it was really a tough thing. That's it.
Dr. Silver is terrific. The office is well-run and the staff are efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
My experience was great and the doctor is wonderful. I would definitely recommend him.
