Christina is very good with concerns

During my recent visit with PA Christina Dunn, I felt her focus was more on completing requirements than on listening to me as a patient. She strongly pushed annual exams in a way that felt demanding rather than presenting them as my choice. I am still recovering from a recent medical emergency and managing multiple follow-up appointments, and I needed understanding and flexibility. Instead, she did not show empathy and gave the impression her main concern was checking boxes. The first thing she said was to ask if I had considered the pneumonia vaccine, based only on my age, despite no history of this condition. This made it feel more like she was promoting services than tailoring care to my situation. Patients deserve providers who listen, show empathy, and adapt recommendations to individual needs. I encourage PA Dunn to take a more patient-centered approach so care feels supportive, not transactional.

First doctor that has ever taken me seriously and explained everything in a manner I could understand. She was very welcoming to follow up questions and re-explaining things when I needed.

Christina Dunn is the BEST! At 91 years of age, my mother can be a little contrary, Christina was so good with her - engaging her and actively listening to her. She managed to schedule her for a knee injection (our family has been trying to do this for 6 years!), and at 91 years old - she had her first radiograph! We're very grateful for Christinas communication skills and her professionalism caring for my mother.

I have been extremely fortunate to have PA Dunne as my care provider for the last few years. I cared for an elderly parent in Sun City Center for several years recently and PA Dunn is far and away the most professional, with a specific appointment process that covers all issues while addressing any and all questions. She can distill complicated topics into understandable and actionable tactics, always with a complete explanation what is covered by my insurance. All too often with my parent, I felt like she was just another number in the system. Nothing could be further from the truth with PA Dunn. She is exceptionally kind and always 'present in the moment'. Most importantly, my test results have improved!

The providers are not interested in any other concerns you have other than what your appointment is for. If you have other problems going on they tell you to make an appointment to come back to discuss that problem. They never gave me the paperwork to schedule an appointment for a test the PA recommended.
