Kelly Anderson, AuD

Kelly M. Anderson, AuD, CCC-A is a certified clinical instructor of Audiology. Dr. Anderson received her Bachelor of Sciences (BS) in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University, and received her Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While receiving her doctorate, Dr. Anderson was involved in research in order to stay up-to-date on the best practices for audiologic care. She presented research at local and national conferences and was honored to have a research article published in the American Journal of Audiology. Dr. Anderson completed her clinical externship year at the Medical University of South Carolina where she received extensive training in pediatric audiology. She joined the department of Otolaryngology at MUSC in the summer of 2023.





Dr. Anderson is passionate about providing resources, support, and technology that will assist children with hearing loss in their expressive and receptive language development, while maintaining personable rapport with them and their families. Her clinical interests and expertise include diagnosing hearing loss (auditory brainstem response testing and behavioral audiologic testing) and management of hearing healthcare (hearing aids, bone-conduction hearing aids, osseointegrated devices, and assistive listening devices).
