843-792-5200I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in addiction, trauma, mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety), major life transitions, relationship issues, chronic pain/illness, grief, loss of meaning and purpose, and issues related to one's identities and diverse backgrounds. My goal in therapy is to provide you with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to explore and gain insight into the parts of your life that is impacting you the most, so that you can gain the necessary tools and skills that will help you ultimately live the life you want and discover what matters most to you in life. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Science at the University of Southern California and completed my clinical residency at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Currently, I provide individual and group therapy focused on a number of issues with a specialty in addiction and trauma to adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults either in-person or via telehealth. I use evidence-based treatments and have been trained extensively in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. Life can be challenging and overwhelming to navigate as is, so I understand that beginning therapy for the first time or starting with a new therapist can be stressful and anxiety-provoking in itself. As a clinician who prioritizes collaboration with my clients and coming from a place of compassion and empathy, I am happy to speak with you via phone/email to decide whether I am a good fit for you.
