Meghan Carter, AuD

**Meghan M. Carter, AuD** is a cochlear implant audiologist at MUSC. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Worcester State University where she majored in communication sciences and disorders. She then went on to receive her doctorate in audiology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Dr. Carter completed her clinical externship year at the University of South Carolina Montgomery Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic in Columbia, SC. She specializes in cochlear implants including those with single-sided deafness and asymmetric hearing loss. Dr. Carter is licensed through the state of South Carolina and holds certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
