Community Clinic at Walgreens offers easy access to medical care when you are sick or hurt and need help quickly. See us for minor illnesses and injuries and for help with managing chronic diseases.

Services

Community Clinic at Walgreens offers immediate treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. We help Community Health Network patients manage the treatment of chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma. We also offer a variety of vaccinations, including the flu shot.

The first part of her career in pediatrics was spent working as a newborn hospitalist before making the move to primary care at Family Medicine and Pediatric Care, Geist. A native of Indianapolis, he completed his bachelor of science in biology from Indiana University and represented the Hoosiers as the place kicker on the football team. He went on to complete his doctorate in medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors. After this, he completed his internal medicine residency at Duke University. Dr. Trulock returned to the Midwest to complete his cardiovascular medicine and cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as chief fellow. Dr. Trulock's areas of expertise include lead extraction, complex atrial and ventricular ablations, as well as pacemaker, ICD and biventricular device implantation and management. Born and raised in the greater Indianapolis area, Dr. Trulock and his wife decided to return to the area to raise their four children. She has several years of nursing experience since earning her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Louisville in 2012. She spent time working in the acute care setting as a floor nurse, and then as a travel nurse. Afterwards, she earned a doctoral degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago to become a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) focusing on adult and geriatric medicine.
