Dr. McDonald is an excellent listener.

I wish he had a better ‘bedside manner’, he is not very talkative or informative. He did answer my questions, though. I went from the visit to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and it had not been sent, that was a big surprise, I had to call and talk to the nurse to get that done and had to go back to the pharmacy later. Every other doctor I see sends prescriptions immediately before ending the visit.

The physician ruled out any major cause of my problem.

Dr. McDonald is well qualified in the field which he is working.

Very personable, listens to concerns, answers questions, treats me with respect. I like that he records our conversations and then summarizes them in follow-up notes—that helps make sure we’re on the same page and haven’t miscommunicated.
