Dr. Rogers has always treated me and my family with respect and a good nature.

Dr. Rogers makes me feel safe and secure. I feel that she knows me well as an individual. She treats me as an intelligent individual who is responsible for understanding my healthcare and participating appropriately. She is warm, kind, direct, and patient. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Rogers and would not like to have to change PCPs at all.

Doctor Rogers is easy to communicate with and shows concern. She is very pleasant and respecful.

Dr. Rogers is always cheerful when she enters the room. Ask how you are feeling and/or how was your week. I like that.

Just always provided Great Care excellent care as a matter of fact

Dr Rogers has been apart of my child’s care since a baby. She listens and addresses my concerns with care and concern. She’s always friendly and helpful and supportive.

She just seemed in a hurry to get me in and out. When I wanted to know more about some help with weightloss medicines she was very dismissive but it's a concern of mine and something I've clearly struggled with over the years. During my visit, her and her assistant before she entered the room were laughing about weightloss injections, which was something I had inquired about. I was embarrassed when I left my room to see that there were two other staff sitting right there at their desks who probably heard their remarks. I'm likely to stay with Community but most likely to try and find a new doctor who is concerned about my health and my concerns and who is more discreet.

She seems rushed. More concerned about staying on schedule than listening to concerns and discussing at length.

Visited for a yearly physical including pap, my first in the Community Health Network. It felt rushed and very minimal.

This doctor listens to her patients and treats not just the symptoms but the patient as a whole.

Dr. Rogers is easy to talk to and understanding. I felt heard and reassured.

Dr. Rogers is an excellent doctor. She is warm, friendly, and relatable. She has always had the most concern for my daughter's well-being. It is a complete shame that she is in Community Health, which doesn't care about the Deaf having a live interpreter when there are reasons the machine doesn't work for the patient. It is also a shame that she is at that office with that evil office manager.

Dr. Rogers took the time to listen to my mom's concerns and was helpful in explaining her issues.

Dr. Rogers was 7 minutes late, and then made it very clear that she did not care about me or my health issues and concerns. She made me feel as if I was an annoyance to her and then clearly did not listen at all when I explained what was going on. Having health issues is already hard enough, but then to have a doctor treat me like that! That is not how any doctor should ever treat a patient!

She does not understand my needs as a woman in perimenopause. I do not feel heard.

Ask questions to your patient

From the first day I walked into Dr Jill's office that's been like 8 years ago I knew that she was going to be the one that will be taken care of me. I shared truthful thoughts with Dr Jill because that's who I am and that's what I'm about telling the truth when it comes to my doctor because she's going to find out anyway. When I get good news always ask doctor too can I give you a hug and she always says with a big :-) yes you sure can she gives me good advice on what to do and how to take care of myself she never makes me feel like I can't explain anything to her about my body or my health

Dr. Rogers has been my Primary Care Physician for some time now. She has always treated me with respect, she's always friendly, and takes really good care of me.

I was beyond disappointed with my experience with Dr. Jill Rogers. She was rude and condescending. There was a noticeable lack of empathy or attentiveness, which left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient and a person. Most concerning was the lack of accountability regarding miscommunication about my treatment plan and follow-up care. 0/10

Dr Rogers is a great Doctor. I just don’t think patients should have to be waiting for an hour to be seen by her.

I have been with Dr. Rogers many years and appreciate her patience and interest in my health issues. She is compassionate and always makes necessary referrals. Very professional.

My experience with Jill Marie Rogers went well. My comparison probably would not do her justice because of my newness to the state.

Dr Rogers was very easy to talk to.

She is always willing to listen and explain things to me. Even if what I say or ask seems silly or ridiculous she never makes me think I am silly or ridiculous for asking or bringing it up. You can tell she really does care about her patients.

Don't attempt to get me a new Dr - would fight to keep her as my Dr...

She didn't make me feel seen. She even chuckled at me when I was explaining my symptoms. As a young woman who has experienced medical complications in my past, I didn't feel respected or taken seriously.

She's awesome I love Dr Jill Rogers. I've had her for quite a while now and she has not changed that one bit on greeting me when I come in for a doctor's visit. Her nice gentle smile and sometimes her laughter makes me feel very comfortable and at home. I don't mind going to the doctor's office because I know when I leave my apartment I'm going to be treated with the utmost respect and kindness and gentle care.

I am very blessed to have Dr. Rogers as my PCP. I have been her patient since 2011. She is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, listens, and I appreciate that we share a Christian bond and support. She is compassionate. She called me to see how I was doing after my mother died the night before. My mother was her patient too. Thank you, Dr. Rogers.
