Rachel Elizabeth Riley, MD

I was leery about a male doctor working with Dr. Riley that has not been at Community for very long, but I found out that it was her husband and was told they work well together as a team.

Dr. Riley shows she truly cares about her patients. She is unbelievably kind and personable! Makes you forget you’re at an appointment!

She’s the best! She is prompt, communicative & provides excellent care. She is very friendly & approachable

Dr. Riley answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. She seemed to thoroughly care about my health and was enthusiastic about my next steps. After experiencing my last two OBGYNs leaving their practice, I was hesitant to start all over with a new doctor. But Dr. Riley put those fears to rest. But the end of the visit, I felt like she understood my health better than any of my previous OBGYNS.

She is excellent. This is the only reason why I am not changing my Dr. Regardless of what happened at the front desk.

She is a good listener. She asks if I have any questions and she is very thorough!

I have had problems for a decade. It took one visit. She cared about me as a person and seemed genuinely compassionate at treating me as a human. She has an abundance of knowledge and humility to be honest and direct. She has never once talked down to me. She has never once dismissed anything I have said. She validated and helped heal a part of me, quite literally, in a compassionate, efficient and speedy process and recovery. The office made it easy to address any concerns. I could not imagine a more perfect job for her.

Dr. Riley is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to what I say and has never dismissed any thoughts/feelings I have. She has not only helped me in her field, but has helped me get connected with other doctor’s in network for other health concerns. This appointment does stress me out, but knowing it’s her does help. She’s informative and just all around a great person!

Dr Riley is excellent. However, as I discussed with her at the beginning of this process, the continuum of care at Community Hospitals is sorely lacking. This affects the entire experience and contributes to patient anxiety and lack of clarity.

I experienced discomfort with the pelvic exam, which was surprising. Maybe she’s young and doesn’t have enough experience yet?
