Sarah Rayner has been with me since day one of my 8 year cancer journey. With every appointment I am comforted by knowing that she will be there to answer any concerns I have and to put me at ease with her relaxing personality and demeanor. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My family and I like her very much.

Although Sarah was running behind, appx. 25 minutes, once she began the call the phone appointment went quickly and arranged for staff to call later and schedule my next appointment

I am always greeted warmly. Sarah is always prepared for our visit even though it may have been six months since our last visit. She wants to know if things have changed. She also discusses my medications and treatment plan. She gives me time to express concerns and ask questions if needed.

Sarah has taken the time to do a bone biopsy in the office instead of the hospital operating room. She follows up on drug prescription options and calls me at home about them as follow up. Sarah is a real professional, and genuinely personal in her work. It is very much appreciated.
