I want to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Ertel in addressing my reproductive health needs. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and sensitive, especially when discussing issues related to infertility. Her compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness made a difficult and emotional experience more manageable. I felt genuinely heard, respected, and supported throughout the process.
